Notice on Recognizing the Severe Situation and Maintaining Vigilance in Epidemic Prevention and Control

The current domestic epidemic transmission in the country has basically been blocked. The company is fully strengthening the resumption of work and production, accelerating the production pace, and striving to reduce the economic losses caused by the epidemic prevention leave. However, we must also be clear that the current severe prevention and control situation requires us to pay close attention to the epidemic prevention work, ensuring that we accelerate the comprehensive restoration of production order under the normalized epidemic prevention.

According to the requirements of the higher authorities, our resuming work and production enterprises must not relax the epidemic prevention work in the situation where the epidemic has not been effectively controlled. We must strictly implement the requirements of the "Notice on Issuing Technical Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control in Key Places, Key Units, and Key Populations for COVID-19" and earnestly carry out the resumption of work and epidemic prevention.

1. The company's comprehensive management department must continue to carry out temperature checks for employees entering the factory and regular disinfection work according to the specific requirements of the company's resumption of work and epidemic prevention plan, control the entry of external personnel, and ensure that the factory's hygiene and epidemic prevention standards are met. At the same time, we must carefully identify the loopholes in epidemic prevention work according to the requirements of the "Notice on Issuing Technical Guidelines for Epidemic Prevention and Control in Key Places, Key Units, and Key Populations for COVID-19" issued by higher authorities, fill in the gaps, and tighten the epidemic prevention network to ensure that the hard-won positive situation does not reverse.

2. All employees of the company must consciously cooperate with the comprehensive management department to carry out temperature checks, wear masks during work and travel, overcome complacency, and prevent the epidemic from entering the factory, threatening the safety of employees' lives.

3. Employees should take good care of their own protection, avoid gatherings, develop good hygiene habits, wash hands frequently, maintain social distance, eliminate the risk of infection, and reduce the chances of transmission. If there are individuals with fever or symptoms characteristic of COVID-19 around, they should report to the company's comprehensive management department in a timely manner.

All unit leaders are requested to attach great importance to epidemic prevention work and guide employees' thoughts seriously. As long as our company unifies its thoughts, takes the matter seriously, maintains a strong awareness of epidemic prevention, and implements prevention measures, we can achieve a comprehensive victory in epidemic prevention.
