United in the fight against the epidemic, we face challenges head-on to promote production - a call for all to work hard and quickly enhance production capacity.

Since the Spring Festival, the novel coronavirus pneumonia virus has spread nationwide, and the rampant epidemic has severely affected the production and operation of many enterprises. Our company cannot remain unaffected. As we have just begun to regroup and forge ahead, the goal of achieving profitability this year has become more challenging. After resuming work, the company has implemented effective epidemic prevention and control measures. With the active cooperation of employees and coordinated efforts, not a single employee in our company has contracted the coronavirus, achieving a phased victory in the battle against the epidemic. However, we still face an even more arduous battle, which is to restore and enhance our production and operational capabilities. Due to the impact of epidemic prevention and control in February, the company did not start operations, leading to a backlog of some orders. The company is under tremendous pressure in terms of production and operation, resulting in a serious shortage of funds. If this situation does not change, it will be difficult for the enterprise to sustain itself, which directly affects the economic income of all employees. Therefore, in the face of this situation, we must launch a production and operation defense battle. Nearly a month after resuming work, some employees have not yet felt the crisis of the enterprise, and their mindset has not yet adjusted from the holiday, leading to some slackness in work. This mental state severely affects work efficiency.
 

In order to ensure the stable and coordinated development of the company and to get through the difficulties, the company has recently decided to adjust the working hours. The purpose is to increase effective working time, improve production capacity by all means, ensure the normal operation of the company, and guarantee that the income of all employees is not affected. This requires all employees to recognize the situation, unify their thoughts, face difficulties head-on, overcome various challenges, and complete their respective tasks excellently according to the new working hours. We must work together to form a synergy to continuously improve production capacity, ensure delivery times, meet user needs, gain market trust, and continuously increase market resources, laying a foundation for the company to enter a virtuous cycle and ensure that employee income gradually increases. To this end, we now call on relevant departments and all employees to:
 
1. Abide by labor discipline and ensure effective working hours. Without rules, there can be no order. All employees must consciously abide by labor discipline and working hours, arrive at their posts on time, ensure effective working hours, and eliminate bad behaviors such as taking lunch breaks early and leaving work early. For example: having lunch early or queuing to clock out before the end of the workday.
 

2. Focus on implementing production tasks and ensuring product quality. Relevant departments should be market demand-oriented, quickly implement orders, balance production capacity, and maximize the company's production capacity. Employees in all production links should tap into their inner potential, carefully design and operate processing products, strictly control quality, and provide high-quality and satisfactory products to users to ensure the delivery and payment rate, thus safeguarding the company's cash flow.
 

3. Take measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Based on the current equipment and personnel situation of the company, to improve production capacity, it is necessary to reduce consumption and improve work efficiency within effective time. Therefore, all departments and employees must work hard on energy conservation and consumption reduction, while also improving work efficiency during effective working hours. We must fully and effectively work for 8 hours; only in this way can we ensure that production capacity is effectively improved and production costs are effectively reduced.
 

4. Leaders of all departments must take on management responsibilities, standardize employee behavior, and do everything possible to implement effective control measures to improve work efficiency, making unremitting efforts for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
 

This rampant epidemic has tested the conscience of every citizen. In the face of crisis and disaster, every conscientious citizen can contribute their modest strength and work together to fight against the epidemic that threatens us. I believe that as long as our company unites and works together, we can improve the production capacity of the enterprise on which we rely for survival and win this production and operation defense battle together, ensuring that the interests of the company and employees are not affected.
